Couldn't test with ownCloud 4.5.2 due to it`s errors so using the old one.
The case with calendar really depends on language. Created new user account
with English by default. CalDAV resource works fine. This part goes to
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=298735.
But CardDAV still the same. It seems to me there is some contacts is my address
book that ruins it all. I tried import just one the most suspicious  and it
worked flowelesly.
