[Bug 259641] The "folder" representing IMAP account can't have its properties edited

I can always access the dialog with (1) Right-click the IMAP root entry and (2)
Folder Properties…. However, even if I change nothing from the properties, when
I click OK to close the dialog I get a notification like this:

<Account name>: [Could not write some new annotations from <Account name> to
the IMAP server]. SetAnnotation failed, server replied: A000301 BAD Unknown
command: SETANNOTATI…

So there seems to be definitely something wrong with it.

Note: The text between brackets is a translation by me, the rest was not
