How is configurate your kwallet etc ? 
I have two wallets one the local wallet set to "kdewallet" which has no
password. However,
the default is set to "webstore" which requires a password.

What do you do ?
I moved the "kmail",  "mailtrasports" and "pop3" folders from "webstore" to
"kdewallet".

What do you expect ?
kmail should still remember the passwords. Instead it asks for the mail server
password.
