A directory imported

- The new mails are physically stored in file_db_data. But they are supposed to
be only cache?
- No new mail is stored in .local/share/local-mail, the unique new dir created
is one named KMail-Import but it does not contain the imported folders.
- akonadictl fsck or akonadictl vacuum do not seem to affect the result. I do
not get the RID warnings though
