Deleting any email takes forever and causes heavy system load. Kmail 3 was
light and fast, kmail4 consumes lots of resources.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete an email
2. wait 5 minutes for it to delete
Actual Results:
It takes minutes to delete an email which took a second or two under kmail3.
Expected Results:
Gone in a second or two
Even after deleting email, kmail causes heavy load for 10's of minutes to an
hour later. This really eats laptop battery.
