kmail (4.8.5) on KDE Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Having moved sub-folders to another folder, causing a couple of crashes, I
deleted the empty parent folder and Kmail crashed. Although this bug has been
marked as a duplicate of another, my crash looks like this bug, not much like
the "main" bug.
