HOWTO bypass limit by using kio imap

Okay this is not a patch, but to avoid using thunderbird, or a webmail to be
able to create a top folder you can always use KIO imap(s) 

open konqueror and type an uri from the style 
imaps:/username at imapserver.domain.tld 

then use F10 (create a new folder) 
et voilà :-)
