I have the same issue (read-only resource) with an
akonadi_davgroupware_resource / DAV groupware resource.  Manually removing the
empty AccessRights field (akonadiconsole -> Browser -> right click on the
folder of the resource -> Attributes -> delete AccessRights) makes this thing
actually work again, i.e., I can create an appointment in Korganizer and see
that it is properly migrated to the server!
