Hi Grégory,
I'm using KDE 4.8.2 from the standard ubuntu repositories. The server software
is a communigate pro server. There is a free version available for download
here:
http://www.communigate.com/main/purchase/download.html

As it turned out, the problem seems to be solved once I separated the CalDAV
and the CardDAV collections into two separate DAV resources. I had them in one
resource as they use the same login info, and it worked, but gave me the above
error messages.
