[Bug 299895] On sending a message, the system puts out an error message stating that the local folder did not exist.

1. Please also note that the sent messages are also stored in the "outbox"
folder under "Local Folders" even though the message has already been sent and
is contained in the "Sent" folder as well as in the "Inbox" of the recipient.
