akonadi_kcal_resource is a compat resource for older KDE versions. Please
replace this resource with akonadi_ical_resource

in korganizer, right click in the calendars list, select "Add calendar" and
select "ICal Calendar File"

Select the calendar file or URL used in the deprecated resource.

Once done, remove the old one.
