            Bug ID: 296671
          Severity: minor
           Version: 4.7
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
Summary: KMail2 does not check validity temporarily accepted
                    certificates again
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: regi.hops at gmx.net
          Hardware: openSUSE RPMs
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: crypto
           Product: kmail2

I updated the certificates on my IMAP-Server.
KMail complains that the validity of the certificate can't be checked - that's
correct.
In the following dialog I accepted the certificate ONLY FOR THE CURRENT
SESSION.

Now I would expect that KMail complains again about the certificate the next
time I start KMail.
I close KMail and start it again - nothing.
I close KDE, login again and start KMail - nothing.
I reboot the machine, login to KDE and start KMail - nothing.

It seems that KMail accepted the certificate not only temporarily.
May this is a side effect to this fix

Here some details about the version:
openSUSE 12.1 x86_64
KDE 4.7.4 - with recent updates
KMail 4.7.4-8.1

Cheers
Regi
