About a month ago, I upgraded from Fedora 14 to Fedora 16, and in the process
"upgraded" to kmail2 4.7.4.  Since then, kmail will occasionally indicate that
a folder has new messages, but the messages will not show up in the message
list for that folder.  Switching from that folder to another folder and back
doesn't help.  Usually CTL-Q'ing and restarting kmail2 will bring the messages
to the message list, but the problem is very likely to recur again soon after. 
Eventually (sometimes even the first time) the CTL-Q/restart sequence doesn't
work, and a reboot is required.  Needless to say, this does not enhance my
day's productivity.

This issue happens at least once per day.  Let me know what additional
information I can provide to help solve this.
