About a month ago, I upgraded from Fedora 14 to Fedora 16, and in the process
"upgraded" to kmail2 4.7.4.  Since then, every time I use kmail2 over SSH X11
forwarding, there is difficulty with the message list display.  See "Steps to
reproduce for details.

Let me know what additional information I can provide to help solve this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* ssh -X from some desktop machine to my laptop
* start kmail2 on the laptop from the command line
* enter kwallet password
* kmail2 downloads emails
* new emails displayed in message list
* read and delete a new email
* email is not removed from the message list (this can be the case for several
emails)
* CTL-Q out of kmail
* start kmail2 on the laptop from the command line again
* message list works correctly


Expected Results:  
Worked without requiring restart.
