kmail (4.8.0) on KDE Platform 4.8.1 (4.8.1) using Qt 4.8.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was trying to delete a particular message.  Every time I tried to delete this
message, kmail crashed.  The message appeared to be a duplicate of another
message, but I don't know whether the duplication was a kmail artifact or
whether the message was actually sent twice.
