Since this problem happens only with Arch users and not users from other
distributions that also use NTrack I am inclined to think that there is a
problem in the NTrack version you use (0.16) when other distributions use 0.15.

On the other hand networkstatus should have never activated ntrack support if
NetworkManager or Wicd is running. But ntrack should not have set system as
offline too. There seems to be more than one problem here. Does ArchLinux use
systemd?

I will take a look at the ntrack support in networkstatus next weekend.
