PKGBUILD for kdebase-runtime

I rebuilt kdebase-runtime from abs without ntrack as Lamarque suggested
(Comment #23, Comment #27). Ntrack is a dependency on arch linux by default, so
I had to uninstall the package first. Now everything works fine. Thanks a lot,
Lamarque!

I attach the PKGBUILD I used (removed dependency "ntrack", path to source
corrected).
