kontact (4.8.0) on KDE Platform 4.8.1 (4.8.1) using Qt 4.8.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I have just started Kontact with KMail opened. A few seconds after the window
appeared, it crashed. It didn't give me time to run any command. There was no
progress bar showing at the bottom.
KMail crashed several times after updating to 4.8, with no apparent cause.
