Same problem for me. Not possible to start kmail any more.
But I have no "Live Mail" account (2 imap/gmail and 3 other imaps).
It displays the login window for one of my imap account and when I close the
window (after entering the password or not) it crashes.

I'm using the last version in debian testing : 4.4.11.1.
