- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I wanted to read my emails but kmail only displays an empty mail - no matter
what 
mail I select, but when I try my pop3 account - everythign works
it has something to do with IMAP or googlemail

- Custom settings of the application:
IMAP features enabled

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
