Same problem here.

I wanted to note (no pun intended :) that KNotes seems to be remembering the
size and position of at least some windows but confusing their content.  On
login, some note windows will appear in the size and position that I left them
in but the window will contain the wrong note text (swapped with another
window).

I've also noticed that often two notes will restore to the exact same size and
position as each other, such that one completely obscures the other (only one
had that size and position when I logged out; the other was different). 
Curiously, this seems to happen to only two notes every time regardless of how
many total there are.
