Our users very often have to save mails, as mails will get transferred to a
different network in order to get decrypted. Hence, many users use the "Save
as" action from the message list context menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Select a mail in the message list and open the context menu by "right
clicking".

Actual Results:  
No "Save as" action present.

Expected Results:  
"Save as" should be part of the context menu.
