%OADDRESSEESADDR in Geman environment tranlates to
"Bis: " plus the list of adressees
While i am not sure if the prefix shoul be there at all, i am absolutely sure
the correct translation for "To" is "An" in this context, not "Bis".

Example:  A mail from foo at example.com to me at example.com when forwarded (inline)
to you at example.com using the standard template for forwarded messages, becomes:

Betreff: subject for this dummy example
Datum: Freitag, 27. Juli 2012, 15:03:50
Von: foo at example.com
Bis: me at example.com
[...]
