Building the whole kdepim from git, I get:

Generating keylistmodel.moc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to build kleopatra code from git

Actual Results:  
the build fails

Expected Results:  
it builds

Every KDE component from git
boost 1.50.0
