IMAP accounts.

When I send an email the send process takes up to 20 minutes to complete!

When the send is confirmed, the email to be sent becomes greyed out and is
totally unresponsive.

During this time all emails cannot be read - blue screen with Retrieving Folder
Contents - please wait.

Emails cannot be received from the server.
