I am using an enterprise squid proxy with login/passwd. I can access http sites
without rewriting them thanks to kwallet use, even after a reboot. I could also
for https sites with KDE 4.2 to 4.4 .

Now with 4.8 akregator keeps asking me proxy login after each reboot : the
login window is even not  prefilled.

I tried to remove all akregator config file, but nothing changes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hard step : use a network that does not allow direct internet connection,
only through a squid proxy with login
2. Add an atom feed in https like https://linuxfr.org/news.atom
2. Asks for login, check "remeber login"
3.It keeps asking it after logout/login
