I don't know if it's necessarily the same thing -- otherwise why would
Thunderbird have both, or why would my account setup specifically say: set
personal namespace to "" and IMAP server directory to "~/Mail"? (See
https://www.cs.ubc.ca/support/email-setup-department-users)
