I have now re-created account GMail and weird things happened in folder list:
1) In local subscription I saw 2 "GMail" trees, but neither of them did not get
visible when subscribed.
2) After restarting KMail both of them are shown (one of them still red).
3) When unsubscribing from the non-existing tree, it remains visible;
unsubscribing from the existing tree makes it disappear from the list.
4) After playing a bit with subscribing these 2 trees makes them disappear
again, until the next restart of KMail
