Summary: no way to position "boƮte de receptionb" in first
                    position in folder tree
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 1.99.0
          Platform: Ubuntu Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: daniel.moyne at free.fr

Version: 1.99.0 (using KDE 4.7.4)
OS: Linux

Apparently the folder tree is arranged by alphabetical order but with some
exceptions as some key folders like "sent-messages", "dust-bin", "models",
drafts", "messages-to-be-sent" (translated from french) are on top in the
layout ; one key folder "messages-received" though follows the alphabecical
order. In my case there is no possibility to move it up ; could you please
propose some features on any folder like :
- reorganize in aphabetical order,
- move-up,
- move-down,
- lock,
- etc...
and authorize "drag and drop" to position a folder whertever the user desires
within its "children".

For the time being there is a "drag and drop" option showing a horizontal line
where with "move here" or "copy here" possibilities that do not work at all but
that would at least fulfill parts of desired features listed above.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try to move a folder in layout

Actual Results:
no way ; present layout is a combination of alphabetical order and exceptions
for SOME key folders

Expected Results:
To tal freedom to position folder wherever desired

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-15-generic
Compiler: gcc
