following a debate on plasma-devel started by Fiestas about removing status bar
in KDE apps (where Kmail was also mentioned), I suggest to fully remove it, and
display infos in an in-window widget as Seigo said (and probably just for
errors: missing internet connection, problems in feed fetching: show a tooltip
at bottom right corner).
