Kmail does not  send any emails. The emails stay in the Outbox folder and
displays this message : Failed to get D-Bus interface of mailfilteragent.

Tested on KDE 4.7.95 and 4.7.97 pre-releases of KDE 4.8.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Kmail. Click "New Message". Write an email, click "send". 

Actual Results:  
The email stays in the Outbox folder forever.

Expected Results:  
Kmail should have sent the email, the person I send the email to should receive
it.

Dell Vostro 1500 laptop. KDE 4.7.97 on latest Chakra release (x86_64).
