Hi Martin,

Yes, this is a limitation of the resource in its current state. The URLs you
configure are used to uniquely identify the calendars discovered. Another
workaround is to find the URL of the calendars of the other accounts and add
those. Note that with 4.8.0 you can't create two calendars with the same
protocol / URL couple.

I'm however willing to fix this, so I'll set this bug as 'NEW', but I really
don't have time now to ship a fix for KDE 4.8.1. Maybe 4.8.2 if everything is
going well.
