rightclick on (some) of my target folders in akonadiconsole shows that they all
have a "remote identifier" set.

I note though, that the situation has improved, I don't get as many duplicated
emails anymore as I used to before. I'll see whehter I can reproduce it at all,
maybe this is actually fixed in recent git?
