I took holiday files created by Christophe Giboudeaux and made some changes:
- changed islam holidays to Hijri calendar system
- add many named days
- add joint leave holiday (previously I said obligatory leave)
- translate it to english

Please check them, especially the english version since I know I made some
wierd translation.
