When I mark a mail as "assignment" it no longer is displayed in the folder
view.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Mark mail as assignment

Actual Results:  
Mail gets removed from display

Expected Results:  
email is still displayed and only marked as assignment

the filter is set to "display any/all mail", older mails which are already
marked as assignment are still displayed, the mails appear to be lost since
4.8.

One email showed up again after I applied a filter which brought this mail to
another folder, where it was accessible / visible again.

nepomuk has been turned off. i turned it on, closed kmail and restarted
akonadi, but that didnt change anything.
