* I think it is Dovecat, since a telnet connection gives me:

me at linux:~> telnet mailer.zmaw.de 143

* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE STARTTLS
LOGINDISABLED] Dovecot ready.

* The hierarchy in the webmail is that everything is on root level:
/Inbox
/Drafts
/Junk
/Sent
/Trash
/PROJECT
/Arbeit
/Technik
/diverses
