attachments show as a blob of MIME text  (7bits)  lines instead of an icon you
can click and open

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
ask someone to send you an attached file (for example PDF) and look at the
email in google mail and in Kmail.  

Actual Results:  
in google mail it shows the file as an icon in kmail it is shown as a text blob
at the end of the email. NO conversion is done from the raw email structure.

Expected Results:  
show the file as an icon

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.6-BH
