OK, so now that we have the collections the resource tries to create on the
client side... Let's try to know what the server sent us. Could you please use
the following procedure:
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/PIM/Akonadi/Debug_IMAP

And look in the logs for the part where we issue a LIST or LSUB command. I'd
need the command we send and what the server replies after that.

PS: As for 222600 it could be another symptom of the same bug or a different
bug altogether, so I prefer to keep them separated for now.
