That seems not to be possible here. I am trying really hard, but there seems to
be no "Space" between to folders...

Well, maybe thats only true for local folders? I only use IMAP-Accounts and
here the order is just alphabetically and the special folders are not treated
differently and moved to the top.
And its really annoying to have e.g. the INBOX somewhere betweeen all the other
folders.
