I fixed all the issues that I could find in akonadi_imap_resource (some for
4.8.0, some after 4.8.0, therefore for 4.8.1), when losing connection, or
switching to another network, or after suspend/resume, etc. This makes the main
report here fixed in 4.8.1.

Aaron Williams: you are either hitting one of the bugs I fixed, or your
resource is busy for a very long time with something else, which needs to be
investigated (e.g. using RMB / Show  task list and Show Notification Log, in
the first tab of akonadiconsole). Please file a separate bug report for this
issue, it doesn't seem related to "connection status change".

Everyone else: kio_imap is not used anymore in the akonadi version of kmail
(i.e. KDEPIM >= 4.7, but please upgrade to 4.8), which is why I'm talking about
akonadi_imap_resource, which doesn't have this issue (anymore).
