[Bug 293251] With Nepomuk disabled, setting an email as action item and then removing that mark removes the email

Update: This also happens with Nepomuk enabled. 

Just set a mail as “action item” (right click, mark message, action item) and
it disappears with the error message “could not modify message”.

Does not seem to happen for mails which are not in a group (means: which are
not part of a thread).
