After tagging people in digikam the tags also appear in kmails tag-folder. The
same happens if I tag files with dolphin. If I delete the tags in kmail (kmail
settings) the tags also disappear in nepomuks available tag list.
With this behaviour kmails tag-folder is unusable because after tagging a lot
of files you have many empty tag folders in kmail.
Kmails tag-folder should only show tagged emails.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. tag a file with dolphin (or any other program)
2. open kmail (with akonadi tag resource enabled)
3. select tag-folder in the folder list

Actual Results:  
each nepomuk tag is getting an emty sub folder with the name of the tag

Expected Results:  
kmails tag-folder should only show the tagged emails
