I have two imap disconnected accounts, both having periodic checking, only the
first email account specified gets updated during periodic or manual checking.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Create two IMAP accounts
- Click the "Check Mail" button

Actual Results:  
Only the first IMAP account is udpated, the second is not touched.

Expected Results:  
The two (or more) IMAP accounts should be updated
