@postdoc I think you'll find that the sarcasm doesn't do you any favours.  If
you were creating something this big and not getting paid for it, and someone
came along all sarcastic and started yelling at you, do you think you'd want to
fix that guy's bug?

The frustration is understandable, but please vent somewhere out of sight,
where you won't be angering the very people we want to do us a favour!
