Kmail was open, but did not react anymore. I closed it, and after a fresh start
it crashed before I could click anywhere. So this is a startup crash.

BTW: I just upgraded from openSUSE 11.4 to 12.1, kmail2 is *very* annoying
slow, and akonadi now eats up lots of CPU on the akonadi_imap_resource threads.
Kmail got much slower. And why is my "Inbox" not on top of the folder list, but
somewhere in the middle? Is there a way to get the special folders
Inbox,Outbox,Trash,etc. on top again?
