No. For the second start it somehow recognizes that KWallet already provides
the password.

- Start KDE
- For the first time KMail asks for the password, although I stored it in
KWallet.
- Then I quit from KMail and Cancel the password box
- That's why there will be an unsent mail in the outbox folder
- I start KMail again and then choose to send queued mails from the outbox
folder
- KMail sends that letter (from now on, please have a look at Bug 293272)
