Kadressbook assign an empty parameter "%F" while using an extern application
for sendig a SMS. 

I use %F, because of this How to: 
http://userbase.kde.org/Kontact/SMS

Maybe the same problem like it this Bug:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
-Configure Sending SMS in Kadressbook like in the How to is descripted. 
-Sending a SMS

Actual Results:  
The SMS-Text which is send to the application is %F.

Expected Results:  
The SMS-Text I wrote. 

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.1.9-1.4-desktop
Compiler: gcc
