I have upgraded to KDE 4.8 (i had 4.7.4 before). Whenever i get a new email the
text notification appears on screen after 10 seconds. That lag between the
incoming email and the appeareance of text notification wasnt't present in KDE
4.7.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
New incoming email.

Actual Results:  
10 second lag of text notification.

Expected Results:  
There shouldn't be so huge lag.
