In KNotes Rich Text Edit Mode, KNotes Window Vertical Size Shrinking Issue On
'Hide All Notes'/'Show All Notes', etc...

To see this:
Right click on a KNote Title bar -> Preferences -> Editor -> Rich text check
box
Compare the KNote size when it's the active editing window or not, when the
note is in 'Rich text' mode, and when it is not. 

Currently when a KNote window is in 'Rich text' and is the active window, this
KNote is taller than the other modes. ('Rich text' and not active(click on
another window); non Rich text mode, in active or non active window mode.) The
window shouldn't change size, instead the text area should decrease to fit in
the added 'Rich text' controls without changing the window size. (except in the
case where this makes the text box be smaller than zero(?or maybe one line
instead?), then in this case the window should be enlarged/not allowed to
shrink any further)

When the KNote is in 'Rich text' mode, every time a 'Hide All Notes'/'Show All
Notes' the KNotes will shrink*, by the height of this additional 'Rich text'
box(or at least close to it). Each time it will get smaller and smaller, until
it reaches a minimum height, where it doesn't shrink anymore.

Summary:

1) The KNotes windows shouldn't change size just because they are being edited
in 'Rich text' mode.
2) The KNotes windows shouldn't shrink when a 'Hide All Notes'/'Show All Notes'
is done when a note is in 'Rich text' mode. (or any other mode for that matter)

*this happens for all but one 'Rich text' KNote. (not sure what's special about
the KNote that isn't doing this, it's set to Rich text too)

Side Note: When Compiz is running the vertical shrinking on 'Hide All
Notes'/'Show All Notes' doesn't occur, but it'll randomly mess up/forget the
positions.
