If I define "http://theskepticalzone.com/wp/?feed=comments-rss2" it initially
loads recent articles.  But it never updates.  An attempt to force akregator to
fetch that feed also fails to update.

The feed itself seems to be okay, as liferea does regularly update on it.

I am using 4.8.5.  However, I also tested this with 4.9.2, which seems to also
have the same problem (testing is less extensive there).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add the indicated feed
2. Mark initially retrieved articles as read,
3. Come back after a while, to see if any new articles have been fetched
Actual Results:  
No new articles show up

Expected Results:  
There should be new articles.  There is a fairly busy discussion in comments at
that site.
